Whether you are exploring part-time, or full-time vocational ministry Petra offers a variety of internship modules that also meet academic requirements: General Pastoral Ministry; Worship Arts Ministry; Care Ministry; Student Ministries; Children’s Ministry, Connections and Discipleship; and Missions.  

You will gain over 200 hours of observation, and ministry practice. Students will also gain valuable input through regular conversations with ministry leaders, and their assigned pastor.  Petra’s Ministry Internship can adjust to the needs, goals, and schedule of each student.

We view this ministry internship as an opportunity for partnership. We commit to helping you experience pastoral ministry in it’s most practical context, and helping you develop your personal sense of leadership and calling.
