We believe every person is created in God’s image and therefore deeply valued. We are committed to welcoming, serving, and growing together in faith. We exist to serve individuals with special needs and their families by creating a place where they are known, supported, and able to grow in faith and community.
SNAP provides support to families affected by disability - developmental, sensory, and intellectual disabilities - including one-on-one buddies for kids on Sunday mornings, a mom's support group, and family events.
We offer one-to-one buddies for children with special needs during Sunday morning services, based on individual needs and volunteer availability. Our goal is to support each child and help families fully engage in worship. For more information, contact Anna Martin at .
This support group is for moms of children with special needs of all ages, providing a space for encouragement, connection, and shared experiences.
Each family affected by special needs can be supported by a prayer partner who walks alongside the family through prayer, relationship, and encouragement.
If you are interested in our SNAP Program, please complete the Strength-Base Support Plan. This helps us better understand your child's needs!
