B&B will guide you in making sense of your story, identifying the symptoms of trauma, establishing safety, finding your voice, and so much more.  Being able to process your experiences in a safe, grace-filled place will empower you to make strides in your healing and equip you to make informed decisions about your future.

Unraveled: Managing love, sex, and relationships - is a 36-week support group for women who struggle with love, sex, pornography, and relationship issues and are unable to sustain healthy relationships with romantic partners, family members, and friends.
