  6. We reject showing preferential treatment, based on age, race, gender, social status.

  7. Recognize the full worth of someone.

  8. Rise in value or price.

  9. Appreciation must be shown.

  10. See something good, say something good.

  11. Refuse to participate in dishonoring conversations.

  12. Speak of people as if they were in the room.

  13. Tangible expressions of appreciation can become long lasting tokens of hope in people’s lives.

  14. Small gifts, card, holding the door, arriving on time, ending on time and being prepared.
